Date & Time: Sunday June 6, 2010

  • 3:15pm -- Kids 1 Mile Fun Run

  • 3:45pm -- 1.5 Mile Fitness Walk

  • 4:30pm -- 5K Race

  • Award ceremony will follow the 5K

Location: Lake Lenape Park in Sellersville.

The Heart to Heart Event is held inside Lake Lenape Park on Constitution Avenue in Perkasie, PA, beginning across from the Perkasie Square Shopping Center and Landis Supermarket.  CLICK HERE FOR MAP

Event is held rain or shine.  Pre-registered 5K and Fitness Walk participants are guaranteed a race bag and shirt.  Pre-registered Kids Fun Run participants are guaranteed a T-shirt and prizes.

Awards:

  • 5K Run: Overall  Male and Female  1st place $100;  2nd place $50;  3rd place $25.

  • 5-year age groups awards will be given out for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.

School Competition: Again, we will continue to have the elementary school competition in the kids fun run as a way to encourage heart healthy lifestyles in our children. Prizes will be awarded to local elementary schools for the purchase of fitness equipment/heart healthy teaching materials.
